Welcome to 6th-grade Earth Science!

I am Ms. Roberson. I graduated from the University of Georgia, GO DAWGS! I am a huge UGA football fan. My certifications are in all social studies 7-12 grades and all sciences 4-8 grades. I have taught at Evans High School, Augusta Christian, and Pine Hill Middle. My biggest blessings are my three children. My oldest, Kalynn, is married and lives in Greensboro, NC. My middle child, Lindsay, is passionate about her job as a NICU nurse at University Hospital, and is married to Tanner Wilson. My son, Maverick, graduated from Kennesaw State University majoring in business and IT in May 2021 and now works for IBM, based in Atlanta. I have an adorable Havanese dog named Brady. I am originally from Hartwell, Ga, and love visiting family there.

My hobbies include distance running (proud of my 2 marathons, and 3 half-marathons), swimming, hiking, tennis, jet-skiing, watching UGA football, light weights at the gym, kayaking, target shooting, dancing, action movies, and most things active! One of the things I love doing most is teaching swimming lessons throughout the summers.

On my list of favorites would be: color - teal blue, or UGA red and black; foods- pizza, ice-cream, watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, peaches, Turtles candy bar; restaurants- French Market Grille West, Texas Road House, Chic-fil-A, Cracker Barrel, You're Pie; themes-anything beachy or UGA.
