Welcome to Spanish 1 and 2.

I am delighted to be your Spanish instructor once again. I anticipate meeting you in person and embarking on another exciting year of language learning together.

My name is Señora Hernández. I am a native Spanish speaker from Colombia, South America, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature and Communications. I am married to another Spanish teacher. My son and my 4-year-old grandson are bilingual. I firmly believe that knowing another language broadens people's minds and lives.

This year, we may continue utilizing Google Classroom as a valuable learning tool. Some of you are familiar with this platform from our previous experiences with distance learning and blended instruction. To ensure seamless participation, please join my classes using the corresponding codes provided below. It is essential to use the code specific to your class and a school email account. If you do not have a school email account, one will be provided upon your return to campus.

In the event that distance learning becomes necessary, Google Classroom will serve as our primary platform for instruction and communication.
